Iron Man reinforces his armor to take even more damage once again. Shortly afterwards, Tony Stark receives a call from Washington, informing him that he's been accused of selling secrets about his technology to a foreign power. When he arrives in Washington, he is met by a reactivated Ultimo, who manages to drain enough of Iron Man's power to take him out of the fight.
