Finally back on track with the saga that had already begun, Iron Man follows Black Lama and Firebrand into Black Lama's world. Here, he is immediately attacked, along with the Black Lama and Firebrand, by those who wish to rule in the Black Lama's stead. Iron Man learns that the Black Lama was losing sanity as a result of traveling to Iron Man's world, and that returning to his world cured his mental instability. Agreeing to stick around long enough to recapture Firebrand and bring him home, Iron Man remains with Black Lama. Throughout all of this, Iron Man has begun to show signs of the same mental instability that the Black Lama experienced when on Iron Man's world.
