Hal, Ollie, Dinah and Kari are vacationing in a small town that's in the path of a tidal wave. On top of the weather, they need to deal with a lieutenant of Ponce de Lione, who actually found the fountain of youth and spent the last 466 years buried alive. He's not particularly sane any more.
