Daredevil is ambushed by the Silver Samurai in the middle of the night, and escapes primarily through the intervention of Shanna and her panther Biri. In putting the clues together, they realize it was Silver Samurai who freed Mandrill from prison. While discussing a plan with Foggy Nelson, they are ambushed again, and Shanna is captured. Daredevil strikes out alone to end the Mandrill's plot.
