CONTINUED FROM #41: Despite the confessions of Slasher and Demitrius, (previously unnamed) Senator McJavit continues to insinuate that Stark and Crandel are deliberately sabotaging projects important to America, and holds Iron Man for questioning. Marianne is still having her visions, which lead her to the Soulfather, a man who can draw on the Earth to produce powerful images, controlling what his victims see and hear, preventing Marianne from seeing Stark when he stands just by her.
