The Avengers are ready to relax in the aftermath of their last attack. Unfortunately, the Grim Reaper has no plans to allow this. He captures them and sets them on trial to determine whether it is the Vision or Wonder Man who has the right to use the identity of "Simon Williams," with the loser condemned to death.
