Following the murder of Mr Terrific, Superman has the JLA satellite secured, allowing no-one - not even himself - in or out. The two Green Lanterns and Dr Fate use magiv and their power rings to seal off the satellite and soon after Batman and Huntress begin investigating Terrific's death. After Huntress is injured by an explosion at the computer consol, she confirms for Batman that the person they suspected is indeed the killer. Calling the heroes together, Batman reveals that the Flash of Earth-Two has been possessed by the Spirit King and it was he who killed Mr Terrific. He escapes using the Flash's speed and the Justice Society pledge to track him down on their Earth.
