In the middle of a heat wave, one of Tony Stark's factories is assaulted by a man calling himself Blizzard, who is able to freeze anything with little more than a gesture. Iron Man faces off against him, but his new, more fragile armor is penetrated by the cold, and he is frozen solid. Through all of this, Pepper seems to be the only person who has deduced Blizzard's identity, but her attempt to warn Tony comes too late, as he is already frozen when she finds him.
