Pepper manages to bring the frozen Iron Man over to the dynamos, and plugs him in long enough to thaw him out. Realizing that Blizzard was formerly Jack Frost, Iron Man quickly assembles a mini-dynamo unit for his armor that offsets the cold weaponry that Blizzard employs. Going after Blizzard and the stolen climatron, Iron Man forces a final confrontation off the Long Island Sound.
